ScaleCraft
A downloadable game for Windows
Build vehicles to scale the wall! A funny physics based game where you try to build a vehicle to scale a wall - and you better hope the simulation favors you as your vehicle desperately tries its best.
turn of the build limit to build giant vehicles! additional optional challenges such as enemies, speed running, using no bombs, different base frames, and more! Remember, once you hit "simulate" your creation will move on its own!
Make sure to have fun!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DETAILED TUTORIAL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
some ppls have understandably been having trouble with the brief tutorial meant not to overwhelm in the beginning, so here's some more info:
You CANNOT control the vehicle - the wheels travel on their own and the buttons trigger on their own / with bombs. Bombs are the only way to affect your vehicle during simulation.
It is a rather difficult game since everything's physics based and just adding wheels is not enough to make it go in a straight line - you'll need to use steel boxes to balance the frames especially the bike!
Grapples are one time shoot upon button activation. They latch onto what they hit and launch the vehicle towards them until it touches the vehicle again. They can be rotated before the simulation with WASD.
Pistons, AKA Launchers, are one time shoot upon button activation. Once they're shot they launch the vehicle in the other direction, allowing forward boosting n jump off possibilities.
Button triggers ALL grapples and pistons - It is triggered by hitting a wall, the ground, or a bomb. This means you can put it at the bottom to trigger immediately, front (up a little to prevent accidentally hitting the floor) to trigger once reaching the wall, or on top and hit it with a bomb.
Frames are the base starter - they each have different wheel counts n weights, pick depending on playstyle!
Steel boxes allow more free building to separate and build off buttons, pistons, n grapples. They can also serve to create balance, or support to prevent wild turns. Wheels can only be attached to the frame at the green spots.
small wheels are lighter but are generally more difficult as they have less power
